The spacious room and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the quiet location that allowed for a peaceful night’s rest.

had a just perfect stay of one night. loved the nicely furnished room, and the incredible view of the cathedral. the hotel had a central location close to the center. the buffet breakfast was sensational and incredibly nice, a lot of options.

The location is perfect for exploring! Just a short walk to all the main sights. The breakfast was really good, with a decent selection. The staff were super friendly and helped me with everything I needed.

The location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions and shops and within easy walking distance from the railway station. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The room is very spacious and comfortable.

The buffet breakfast is very measley and the choice is very poor, although the little that is offered is very fresh. The bathroom is in need of refurbishment and modernization as the drains gave out a nasty smell.

This hotel definitely has that old-world charm with its beautiful antique furniture and a fine lobby with grand ceilings! I loved waking up to a generous breakfast, complete with local specialties like mortadella. And the location is unbeatable-just a block away from the bustling city center to explore the amazing sights of the area!

We only slept at the guest room with big bed, but thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel had an excellent location right by Via Indipendenza.

Great Location but Noisy Nights

The location in central Bologna is unbeatable, surrounded by good eateries. The noise from the cinema below was disruptive and kept me awake. If peace is a priority, consider asking for a higher floor.

The Hotel is right in the middle of the historic centre. Nice spacious room with a nice bathroom with a tub. I looks like the hotel was recently done up. The carpet looked new (compared to last year) and there was a big 32 inch flat screen TV in the room. The lobby is a comfortable place to relax with a drink after a days sight seeing. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Breakfast has a good variety of croissants and sweet pastry , bread rolls, cheese, Mortadella, Fruit Juice, Yoghurts, fresh Fruit and good coffee. The best Restaurant in Bologna is just across the Street and a bit further down" Da Nello's. Some of the double rooms on the 3rd or 4th floor have a balcony from where you have a nice view. The staff at the reception and bar and breakfast room are very gracious and friendly.

There was no red wine at all available at the bar.

Unbeatable location, a minute from Piazza Maggiore. Safe, if you're travelling on your own. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English and French very well. The room was nice, had everything I needed. Hotel has a nice old-style decor.

No minibar in my room (fridge there but empty). However, they do have vending machines on every floor.
